Hi, I’m Hollie Marcelli.

I wear many hats—Clairvoyant, Life Coach, and Realtor—but at the heart of everything I do is a passion for helping people navigate life’s biggest decisions with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

As a second-generation clairvoyant with over 15 years of experience, I use my intuitive abilities to provide guidance on relationships, career paths, finances, personal growth, and life transitions. During a session, I ask clients to focus on the questions or areas where they seek insight while I connect with their energy and use Tarot cards, crystals, and intuitive guidance to help uncover meaningful messages. My sessions are always professional, confidential, and rooted in compassion, honesty, and respect.

As a Life Coach, I believe insight is most valuable when paired with action. While intuitive guidance can reveal possibilities, coaching helps create a practical roadmap forward. I work with clients to identify obstacles, recognize patterns, set meaningful goals, and develop strategies that align with their purpose and values. By combining intuition with personal development, I help clients move from uncertainty to empowerment.

My work as a Realtor naturally complements both of these passions. Buying, selling, investing, or relocating are often some of the most significant decisions people make. Real estate is about much more than properties it’s about life changes, family goals, financial growth, and creating a future. As a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Hearthside, I help clients navigate those decisions with professionalism, market expertise, and genuine care. Whether helping a first-time homebuyer, an investor, or a family preparing for their next chapter, I focus on understanding each client’s goals and guiding them through the process with confidence.
